What we collect

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's own privacy policy governs that processing.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use the text you submit to train models.
• We do not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers on this site.

Sub-processors

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email (key-issuance links)
• Anthropic — the model behind fields labelled generative in a response. Fields labelled lookup never leave our own databases
• DigitalOcean — hosting

Every API response carries a provenance field naming exactly which parts were generated by a model and which were looked up. You can see, per request, what was sent to a model.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Write to johnchu@silink.ai. We will respond within 20 working days.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects how we handle data you have already submitted, we will email account holders before the change takes effect.
